Another example of a several-year project, this multi-matter effort encompassed more than 100 attorney reviewers housed in our client's mid-town headquarters, and an additional complement of document reviewers housed in outside counsel's Kansas offices. In addition to providing attorneys for the New York team, The Dine Group also sourced attorneys for the Kansas operation.
Our client also required project management resources to oversee the project. So successful were we in identifying a senior litigation project manager with the required background, experience and "fit," that he ultimately transitioned to permanent employment with our client. He now serves as a key resource in the company's centralized e-Discovery team.
