Global Investment Bank - Securities - Options Back-Dating Litigation

Approached by outside counsel to a prominent NYC-based global investment bank, The Dine Group was asked to design a turnkey e-document review solution for a securities litigation case. Our organization responded efficiently and effectively, and enabled the review to commence within ten days of receiving our client's request.

Within 48 hours of accepting the challenge, The Dine Group had vetted more than 100 qualified candidates, whose resumes were forwarded to members of the litigation team for selection. In addition to sourcing admitted attorneys to staff the review team, The Dine Group:

provided both the project manager and on-site staff supervisor to oversee the project and work with litigation team associates to monitor progress against deliverables; adjust resource levels as dictated by data inflows; and serve as the communications hub between the review team and project stakeholders;
with assistance from our network of real estate partners, identified and procured document review space in mid-town Manhattan;
secured PCs, flat-panel displays, printer and fax equipment via our technology partners and verified the adequacy of bandwidth capacity; and
participated in technology testing activities, including VPN connectivity and software tool accessibility/functionality.

Despite the addition of several gigabytes of data beyond initial projections, this project was completed on time and to the extreme satisfaction of our client who has since called on us for additional review needs.
