Our extensive screening process for ALL candidates includes a thorough personal interview. Additionally, for any candidate in our temporary pool, we conduct reference checks and verify education and employment. For attorneys, we also verify admission to the Bar and current “good standing” to practice law. Finally, we conduct a thorough conflict of interest analysis, require ALL candidates to sign an agreement to maintain client confidences and, upon request, conduct criminal, credit and drug tests.
